1.) All entry forms need to be submitted by July 14th to be displayed at the Faire and considered for a prize.
2.) Artwork must be dropped off in person to the Cummington Fairgrounds on July 19 and 20 between 11 am and 6 pm.
3.) Artwork must be mounted properly with matting and/or framed.
4.) Entry to the art contest does not garner free entry into the event.
5.) Artwork will be on display for the entirety of the event.
6.) Judging will take place on the first weekend; this is 50% patron voting and 50% qualified judging.
7.) Places and ribbons will be posted with the artwork for the second weekend.
8.) Prize winners will be notified at the conclusion of the event on July 30.
9.) Images should be Renaissance/fantasy-themed (including Steampunk, Pirates, etc), but should not include explicit content, should be family friendly, and should fit with the spirit of the Faire. We reserve the right to disqualify any piece we find offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of our Faire.
