Ren Faire patrons are welcome to spend the weekend at Tolgy Wood: Chesterfield Camp, just 7 miles from Cummington Fairgrounds. There is ample space for tent camping and there are flush toilets and a showerhouse

In order to enter Tolgy Wood Camp, each person over the age of 13 must have an appropriate Tolgy Wood Camp Pass. This pass includes free tent camping for yourself (tents not provided; you or your tent mate must bring your own). 

Camp Pass- $20

This pass allows access to the camp and its facilities including a tent site (bring your own tent, please), the shower house, walking trails and more. Purchase of any camp pass also grants you admission to the Faire after 5 pm on Saturday night. 

Camp passes may be purchased with cash at the camp registration office.

Camping check-in is between 12 pm and 11 pm.

What if it  I’m staying in a tent and it rains?

We hope for beautiful weather but we know mother nature can be unpredictable. Please take all appropriate measures to waterproof your tent.

We are not responsible for damage to personal property due to nature.

How do Camp Passes Work?

All guests must have a Tolgy Wood Camp Pass. The camp pass entitles you to one tent site (tent not included) and access to all camp facilities.

Passes are $20 per person (ages 14 and over) and free for children ages 13 and under.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 or over. One adult can be responsible for no more than 4 people under the age of 18. All children under the age of 16 must be with an adult at all times.

Can I leave my belongings in my tent?

Anything left unattended in your tent is left at your own risk. We are not responsible for unattended personal property.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is between 12 pm and 11 pm at the main camp entrance at 22 Sugar Hill Road, Williamsburg, Massachusetts. The building is the cabin near the road in the horseshoe driveway. It has a sign for Camping Registration.

What can I do at the camp?

Take in the beauty of nature by exploring our trails, hike, make new friends at the evening campfire,  or bring your favorite book and relax next to our picturesque lake.

Can I go for a swim?

We do not have a lifeguard or emergency staff on duty at the camp. Swimming is at your own risk.
